Sarah Wray (Brenner) Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) Sarah Wray, a soon-to-be graduate of the Ontario Psychotherapy and Counselling College (OPCC), is a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to supporting her clients on their journey towards emotional well-being. Sarah specializes in psychodynamic psychotherapy which emphasizes understanding the impact of past experiences on present behavior and recognizes interpersonal patterns as pivotal to self-awareness and the cultivation of fulfilling relationships. As a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying), Sarah is committed to fostering an inclusive and safe therapeutic environment where clients feel valued and understood. Drawing from her vigorous training, lived experiences, and ongoing professional development, she utilizes a variety of techniques to help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, abuse, disability, adolescence, relationship conflicts, life transitions, parenting challenges, and family dynamics in a non-judgemental environment. Sarah takes a client- focused approach while integrating research-based modalities, including but not limited to psychodynamic, relational, humanistic, emotion-focused, mindfulness and attachment therapy. Sarah has experience working with teenagers, families, adults, 2LGBTQ+ communities, individuals with a disability and people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
