Sara is a Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years of clinical experience. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and its Women’s Health Division.
Sara treats a wide range of conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, persistent pain, and pelvic health concerns. She combines clinical knowledge, hands-on experience, and a patient-centered approach to assess and treat each individual based on their unique needs.
Throughout her career, Sara has pursued extensive continuing education, including training in the McKenzie Method (Part A), Mulligan Concept, Nerve Mobilization, Therapeutic Neuroscience Education, and Dynamic Taping.
In addition to her orthopedic physiotherapy practice, Sara has specialized training in pelvic health physiotherapy. She helps patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including issues such as urinary incontinence and urgency. She also provides care for women during pregnancy and in the postpartum period.
Sara believes in actively involving patients in their treatment and recovery process. She develops personalized treatment plans that may include manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation, and education to help patients regain confidence in their bodies and return to their daily activities.
Outside the clinic, Sara enjoys golfing, photography, watching movies, and reading.
