Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
“Your present circumstances don’t determine where you go; they merely determine where you start”, Dr. Lauren Fogel Mersy. Many of us are struggling with emotional, behavioral, interpersonal, situational, and environmental issues alone and require someone to actively listen and hold on to. Showing up and discussing mental health issues can be tough yet important.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Ria can help you with concerns such as anxiety, grief, stress, job, relationships, family, trauma, behavior, emotional self-regulation, OCD, addictions, disordered eating, educational concerns, and managing negative thoughts and feelings.
