Sara is a registered physiotherapist and has been practicing for 18 years. She is a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and it’s Women’s Health Division.
Sara is a dedicated practitioner who combines theory, practical experiences and patients’ needs to assess and excel treatment for patients who suffer from Musculoskeletal injuries and persistent pain. She has diverse training and has continued her education throughout her practicing years including McKenzie part A, Mulligan concept, Nerve mobalization, Therpeutic NeuroScience education, dynamic taping, and Vestibular rehabilitation (treating patients who suffer from vertigo, dizzines).
Specialized area of her practice is pelvic health physiotherapy. With her orthopaedic skills and pelvic health training she dedicates herself in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction including Urogenital dysfunction, pelvic pain, as well as pre- and post-partum issues.
Sara directly involves patients in treatment plans resulting in patients’ confidence in their treatment. She tailors treatment to the needs of her patient using different methods including manual therapy and active program.
In her off time, Sara enjoys golfing, photography, movies, and reading.
