Sharon Latchmana is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been working as a massage therapist for the last 2.5 years.
Sharon has been trained on a variety of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilization, passive stretch, and fascial release.
Sharon likes to incorporate a relaxation style of massage while treating trigger points and tension areas. Her treatment goal is to allow her clients to return to their day-to-day activities without feeling constant pain and discomfort.
Her skills range from therapeutic treatment to relaxation or prenatal while combining many different techniques to treat stress, fatigue, soft tissue discomfort, chronic and acute pain, strains, and sprains.
Sharon takes a quiet approach to massage which gives the client the ability to choose if they would like to engage in conversation or enjoy the peace and quiet. She is always open to feedback from clients to ensure they get the most out of their treatments and achieve their wellness goals.
